The other day I had some cream cheese I needed to use up and also
some ripe avocados, so I searched my zillion cookbooks and found this
recipe. Its not the way I usually make guacamole, its a new twist in
flavor but I really liked it.
4 ripe avocados, peeled & seeded
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
2 T. lemon juice or (I used fresh limes)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
avocados and cream cheese with fork or potato masher. Stir in salsa
(for color), lime juice, and garlic salt. Cover and chill up to 2 hours
is best!! Serve with tortilla chips.
